Mountain Pride Media’s policy is to not sell, rent, exchange or give our database to any other organization. We appreciate and respect your trust and will work to ensure that our database and your information will remain confidential.

Mountain Pride Media recognizes that the renting and exchanging of mailing list names is common practice. Sharing lists can also be a cost-effective way of developing new members for many non-profit organizations. Although list trading can be beneficial to some non-profits, Mountain Pride Media will not engage in this practice.

Mountain Pride Media will occasionally mail materials to individuals in our database on behalf of another organization when we deem that the materials would be beneficial to the community. If you wish to be excluded from such mailings, please contact us and we will omit you from any future mailings. Examples of such mailings would be surveys or informational pieces but would exclude the likes of fundraising materials. The organization, for which the mailing is done, does not get a list of the recipients, only a count of the total pieces mailed.

Mountain Pride Media’s priority is to maintain accurate and up-to-date information. If you notify us of inaccurate or updated information, we will promptly investigate and make the necessary corrections. If we hire outside firms or agencies to help us with any part of our business or to perform data processing, we require them to maintain confidentiality of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to comply with any and all applicable laws.

Mountain Pride Media has standards and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. Only our authorized officers and staff are allowed to have access. It is understood that these people will not use or disclose your information without authorization. We respect your privacy and your information is safe with us.

Mountain Pride Media uses WebTrends Live to analyze traffic to this web site. WebTrends Live does not create individual profiles for visitors.
